About Me

A little bit about me...

At first, chemistry and biology were the hardest subjects for me, just like most of you, as I did not see the connection between textbook graphs and real-life applications...

I even failed my chemistry class in the first term of my high school senior year.

I was lucky that I met several amazing professors at Foothill College, which helped me connect the dots between theory and application. (I stayed in the lab to do a flame test for all the Group 1 elements, for example).

I graduated with a BSc in Biochemistry and Cell Biology with the award of Dean's List at UC San Diego later on.

Afterwards, I was very fortunate to be involved in two CAR-T cell therapy clinical trials where I was captivated by how possibly cancer could be a curable disease with the application of science.

I'm still fascinated by the beauty of chemistry and biology, and I want you to feel the same.

I started this blog as a hobby back in 2015. It is amazing to me that the traffic to this blog has been growing ever since.

❤️‍🔥 🤟 Stay safe and healthy. Love you all.
